Position: Oracle Cloud HCM Techno Functional Consultant
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description

• Must have strong experience in Oracle Cloud HCM techno functional .
• Must have strong OIC, OTBI, BIP and Fast Formula experience.
• Must have good understanding in FBDI , Data extract , Inbound and outbound .
• A strong understanding of HR reporting needs and best practices, including experience with common HCM reports like headcount analysis, workforce demographics, compensation data, and leave balances.
• Needs familiarity with Oracle HCM reporting capabilities and functionalities.
• Ability to understand the business needs of different departments and how HR reports are used to inform strategic workforce decisions.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with the implementation team.
• Strong analytical skills to assess reporting needs, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
• Responsible for managing the reporting needs catalog, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
