About The Job You’re Considering

As an Oracle Fusion Advanced HCM Controls Implementation Consultant, your primary responsibility is to lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Advanced HCM Controls modules for clients. Your key duties include:

1. Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements related to HCM controls, compliance, and risk management.
2. Solution Design: Design tailored solutions using Oracle Fusion Advanced HCM Controls modules to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations.
3. Configuration and Customization: Configure Oracle Fusion HCM Controls modules, including security roles, access controls, approval workflows, and segregation of duties.
4. Data Migration: Work with technical teams to ensure smooth data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion HCM Controls, maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
5. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate functionality, performance, and security of the implemented solutions, meeting quality standards and client expectations.

Required Skills

• Experience in at least 2-5 Oracle Cloud Advanced HCM Controls implementation projects.
• 4-6 years of functional experience in Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, Time and Labor, Talent Management, or Recruiting Cloud.
• Experience leading teams in requirements analysis, design, report development, and testing.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technology.
• Experience supporting business and technology transformation processes.
