Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Oracle Cloud Financials Manager to lead implementation workstreams, advise client stakeholders, and transform business processes enabled by Oracle Financials. You will manage client relationships, guide design and testing, and mentor junior team members.

The role emphasizes independent leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication to deliver high-quality results for complex finance transformations.

Qualifications

• 4+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
• 7+ years' experience implementing Oracle Financials modules.
• Experience defining systems strategy, documenting business requirements, and leading fit-gap analysis.
• Ability to travel 50% on average to serve clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day interactions with client executives, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Lead Oracle Cloud Financials implementation workstreams and related activities.
• Design current-state and future-state processes, and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Provide direction and quality review for deliverables across the team.
• Support business development, including pursuit participation and pricing discussions.
• Coach junior practitioners and contribute to staffing and retention.
