Job summary

BETSOL, a leader in AI-powered engineering, seeks a Finance Applications Lead to drive maintenance, configuration, and administration of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and related tools for clients worldwide.

You will minimize disruption during peak finance cycles, implement new finance software, and deputize the Global Finance Applications Lead during leaves. This role anchors the technical finance stack and policy documentation.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials professional corporate work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing or administering vendor hosted cloud applications (fintech friendly), such as Coupa, Concur, Blackline and Longview.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, accounting, finance or related field; or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration of cloud-hosted finance applications and modules, including data migrations as needed.
• Manage application security roles aligned with SOX controls; coordinate with auditors.
• Provision users and handle change tickets for finance applications.
• Oversee finance applications ticket boards and related workflows.
• Collaborate with senior finance leaders to prioritize change requests and tickets.
• Troubleshoot issues and outages in finance software and integrations.
• Support outsourced partners in monitoring system performance.
• Review updates and plan testing with process owners; contribute to training and policy docs.
