We are currently seeking an Oracle Cloud ERP Technical Architect with a focus on Integrations, Conversions, and Reports, primarily in SCM (Inventory, PO) and Financials (AP, AR, GL, CM, FA) to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent, remote position that can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada, with travel as needed to client sites.

What You'll Do:

• Provide technical oversight for estimates using standard tools, portfolio work breakdown structures, statements of work, and industry-standard estimating techniques.
• Support client engagements with deep portfolio knowledge and implementation experience, ensuring solutions align with offerings and drive profitable growth.
• Act as a technical interface to clients, proactively developing business opportunities and ensuring positive financial outcomes.
• Build quality solutions that meet requirements and advise clients on AST offerings, strategies, designs, and implementation approaches.
• Identify opportunities for new or follow-on business and assist with change orders.
• Contribute to project planning and work breakdown structures.
• Develop and refine solution design models using industry modeling languages and AST tools.
• Collaborate with client technical staff during requirements gathering and implementation to resolve issues.
• Maintain and report on implementation status, risks, estimates, and schedules.
• Assist with solution proposals, design, reviews, risk analysis, and client presentations.

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 12+ years of consulting experience implementing Oracle ERP solutions for multiple clients.
• Hands-on experience with Integrations, Conversions, and Reports, focusing on SCM (Inventory, PO) and Financials (AP, AR, GL, CM, FA).
• Ability to explain and demonstrate Oracle templates to clients.
• Experience setting up BPM Workflow Approval rules using FSM and BPM.
• Experience creating Custom roles and auto-provisioning rules.
• Knowledge of building application extensions with VBCS and familiarity with OIC.
• Experience with SSO configurations with various IDP providers.
• Strong client expectation management, relationship building, and customer satisfaction skills.
• Experience managing teams, including training, development, performance, and career growth.
• Excellent communication skills across different organizational levels.
