Job summary

Liberty Energy is seeking an ERP Support professional to aid day-to-day operations of the Oracle Cloud ERP system under the ERP Support Manager. You will help the business and employees by solving complex challenges and implementing secure access controls.

Responsibilities include monitoring issues, updating approval limits, validating changes with stakeholders, and maintaining documentation for audits. Evening/weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Oracle Cloud ERP experience.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Security and Access Control.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to assess business impact of new systems/processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, maintains, and resolves ERP system issues as they arise.
• Solves complex business challenges related to Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Updates user approval limits and manages SLA changes.
• Maintains testing and approval processes before production deployment.
• Provides exchange rate data and audit documentation.
• Creates test plans and evidence for security role changes.
• Manages service requests with Oracle and communicates timelines.
• Identifies areas for ERP system improvements.
