Job summary

Argano in the United States is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant to lead mid to large scale Oracle integration projects using OIC, DBCS, and Oracle Cloud ERP. You will design, build, and deploy integrations, write code, analyze data, and guide clients through implementation timelines.

This role requires hands-on development with REST/SOAP, FBDI, BI Publisher, and API security, plus strong communication and leadership to drive technical decisions with stakeholders in the US.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant coursework or certifications in programming or software development
  • 4+ years hands‑on experience developing reports using BI Publisher or similar Oracle reporting tools
  • 3+ years working with Oracle Integration Cloud solutions; Oracle Integration Cloud certification a plus
  • Overall 7+ years of IT experience
  • Development experience with ERP systems (Oracle Cloud, JD Edwards and E-Business Suite)
  • Experience designing and developing complex integrations
  • Experience creating OIC solutions using REST, SOAP, FBDI, and BI Publisher
  • Experience developing customizations using Visual Builder and Process Builder is preferred
  • Working knowledge of API security certification, authentication, authorization, IP security setup, and endpoint configuration
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor when engaging with stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, implement, and deploy Oracle Integration solutions
  • Design and create integrations using tools such as Oracle ERP Cloud (FBDI, HDL, BIP) and Web Services (SOAP & REST)
  • Develop OIC integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and legacy applications
  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and strategy
  • Define and implement best practices for integrations with standard enterprise systems such as Oracle Cloud, JD Edwards, and EBS
  • Participate in requirements, design, and development reviews
  • Work closely with client resources to transfer technical knowledge and give guidance on best practices
  • Ensure quality of development deliverables by applying proven testing methodologies
  • Provide knowledge transfer on Oracle solutions and integrations through meetings and presentation demonstrations
  • Maintain well-documented procedural instructions to hand off to the client
  • Report status to project management

JOB SUMMARY:

A Senior Technical Consultant at Argano is a seasoned member of the Technical Consulting team with deep technical expertise. They are responsible for leading and managing mid to large scale software projects using Argano’s professional services and solutions. They have a deep understanding of software development and often serve as technical experts within the company. The Senior Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant will integrate and extend Oracle Cloud SaaS solutions using Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Database Cloud Service (DBCS). Their responsibilities include writing code, analyzing data, and contributing to the design and implementation of software. A Senior Technical Consultant leads the analysis/design phase of the system development life cycle to develop user requirements and determines best business/technical solutions to meet those needs ensuring the ability to meet users’ implementation time frames.

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience developing reports using BI Publisher or similar Oracle reporting tools
