Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud security and controls specialist to join our ERP Risk and Automation practice in Minneapolis. The role focuses on scoping and executing ERP security assessments, security role designs, GRC implementations, and user access management across Oracle Cloud ERP, CRM, HCM, and related modules.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in Oracle security risk & controls, exposure to Oracle Cloud ERP modules, IT audits, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Degree required.
• 2-3 years' experience in Oracle security risk & controls with Oracle implementations.
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud ERP modules (Financials, Procurement, HR, SCM).
• Experience with Oracle Identity Management (OIM).
• Experience in IT audits (ITGCs, security, controls).
• Clear communication to varied audiences.
• Highly organized with engagement tracking.
