Overview

RSM’s ERP Risk and Automation practice is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Oracle ERP Cloud security & controls specialist with a strong background in functional security to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience scoping and executing ERP security assessments, security role designs, Oracle ERP focused GRC implementations, and operationalizing Oracle user access management, and executing managed security services. The ERP and Automation Risk Consulting practice assists with various consulting, internal, and external audit clients by bringing in-depth ERP security and controls, automation, and data analytics skills where needed. The practice performs security and controls designs/assessments, complex data analytics, GRC automation/implementation, security role design, security managed services, segregation of duties assessments, as well as ERP implementation risk reviews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and execute ERP security assessments and security role designs for Oracle ERP Cloud and related Oracle applications.

• Design and implement Oracle ERP security and GRC controls, including identity management and access provisioning.

• Operationalize Oracle user access management and participate in managed security services engagements.

• Assist clients with ERP security and controls designs/assessments, data analytics, and integration of GRC automation.

• Engage in segregation of duties assessments and ERP implementation risk reviews as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Degree required

• 2-3 years of Oracle security risk & controls experience with Oracle implementations designing Oracle security or serving as an Oracle security analyst

• Exposure to Oracle functional automated controls

• Technical exposure in the Oracle suite of applications including Oracle Cloud ERP, CRM, HCM, Procurement, SCM, and Oracle EBS

• Understanding of Oracle Cloud Functional Modules; knowledge of Financials, Procurement, Human Resources, and Supply Chain Management

• Experience with Oracle Identity Management (OIM): user provisioning, identity governance, and access management

• Experience in IT audits or review of ITGCs, Security, or Controls

• Clear and concise communication skills; ability to tailor messages to different audiences

• Highly organized with ability to monitor engagement time and expenses

• Ability to provide client status updates, review deliverables, and communicate opportunities with engagement supervisor

• Willingness to put forth additional effort to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Oracle GRC tools (Oracle GRC, or Fastpath)

• Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud GRC (RMC) and related modules (Financial Reporting Compliance, Advanced Financial Controls, Access Certification)

• Experience with data analytics tools (ACL, MS Access) for complex queries

• Team member of at least one Oracle implementation

• Experience with other ERP security is a plus

• Knowledge of auditing Oracle automated business controls

• 2-3 years of professional experience in public accounting or related compliance experience (SOX, COBIT/NIST/ISO)

• Oracle-specific technical certifications (e.g., Oracle Risk Management Cloud Certification)
