Qualifications

• Strong experience in system integration, database management, and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in ERP implementation methodologies and project management.
• Solid understanding of business processes across functions such as finance, manufacturing, logistics, and sales.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of ERP solutions that meet business requirements and integrate with existing systems.
• Develop detailed system architectures and roadmaps ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with business leaders, functional teams, and IT to translate requirements into ERP solutions.
• Oversee integration with other enterprise applications (CRM, BI tools, etc.).
• Recommend and implement ERP configuration, governance, data migration, and testing best practices.
