Position Summary:

The Oracle HCM Developer III will design and develop complex, scalable integrations supporting Oracle HCM Cloud and related platforms. This role acts as a subject matter expert, providing advanced support, mentoring, and fostering professional growth within the team.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, with four years of IT-related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree with no specific field and five years of IT experience; OR a Master's degree with three years of IT experience; OR a combination of eight years of IT experience and validated training. Relevant IT certifications are considered related training.

Job Duties:

• Design and Development: Develops and maintains Oracle HCM Cloud integrations using tools like BICC, OIC, CIF, and Oracle APEX. Implements scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions, facilitating technical design discussions and adapting to vendor changes.
• Release and Deployment: Manages release processes, automates testing and deployment, and monitors integration performance to ensure stability and compliance.
• Support and Maintenance: Provides advanced troubleshooting, manages vendor-driven changes, and collaborates with teams to resolve issues and improve user experience.
• Documentation: Creates comprehensive workflows, data mappings, and technical documentation, and automates documentation processes.
• Research and Innovation: Evaluates new technologies, proposing and piloting new features based on industry trends and user feedback.
• Coaching and Mentoring: Mentors developers, promotes knowledge sharing, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
