Magnify is looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Change Management Consultant to lead organizational readiness for a major Oracle Cloud/Fusion transformation in Houston, TX. You’ll begin on-site five days a week for about 30–45 days, then transition to a hybrid schedule with three days on-site.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience supporting enterprise ERP or business transformation programs.
• Experience supporting 1–2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementations, ideally across Financials, SCM, HCM, or related modules.
• Hands-on experience conducting Change Impact Assessments (CIAs) and translating As-Is processes into future-state ways of working.
• Practical experience with a recognized change methodology such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or Bridges.
• Working knowledge of ERP-driven business processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report.

Responsabilidades

• Build and execute change strategies supporting an enterprise Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementation.
• Assess how new technology and processes will affect roles, workflows, teams, and business operations.
• Partner with executives, business leaders, functional teams, and implementation partners to build alignment and adoption.
• Develop stakeholder engagement and Change Champion/Super User programs that create ownership throughout the organization.
• Create targeted communications, executive messaging, go-live communications, and employee engagement plans.
• Lead the change side of role-based training, including training strategy, job aids, SOPs, quick-reference materials, and train‑the‑trainer activities.
• Measure organizational readiness and adoption using surveys, feedback, training metrics, system usage, support trends, and other KPIs.
• Support go-live, hypercare, reinforcement, and the transition into long-term business operations.

Magnify is looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Change Management Consultant who knows that a successful ERP transformation isn’t just about implementing the technology—it’s about getting people ready to use it.

This is a long-term, 18-month consulting opportunity supporting a major Oracle Cloud/Fusion transformation. You’ll initially work onsite in Houston five days per week for approximately the first 30–45 days, allowing you to become fully embedded with the project, people, and business processes. After that initial period, the role will transition to a hybrid schedule with three days per week onsite.

You might be a great fit if you have:

• 4+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience supporting enterprise ERP or business transformation programs.


• Experience supporting at least 1–2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementations, ideally across Financials, SCM, HCM, or related modules.
