Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud Integration Lead to design, develop, and implement Oracle Cloud-based integrations and solutions. You will lead integration projects, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices and design standards are followed.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive performance optimization, ensure security/compliance, and stay current with Oracle Cloud technologies and patterns.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in SOA and integration design.

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud Integration Lead to join our team. As an Oracle Cloud Integration Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud-based integrations and solutions to meet business requirements. You will lead integration projects, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to best practices and design standards. This position requires a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud technologies, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Integration Design & Development
  • Design, maintain, and implement Oracle Cloud integrations and applications based on business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Oracle SOA composites, BPEL processes, and Oracle Service Bus (OSB) services.
  • Configure and manage Oracle Cloud infrastructure components, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle WebLogic Server, and Oracle BPEL Process Manager.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Utility Application Framework and experience developing CCS interfaces with other utility systems.
  • Experience with Oracle CCS and Itron AMI integrations is highly desired.
• Collaboration & Leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for integration projects.
  • Mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and approved design standards.
  • Act as a technical lead for integration projects, providing guidance and expertise to the team.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud integrations and applications.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of Oracle Cloud applications and infrastructure.
• Security & Compliance
  • Implement security measures and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with database administrators, system administrators, and other IT teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Documentation & Continuous Improvement
  • Document technical specifications, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud technologies, integration patterns, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 11+ years of experience in service-oriented architecture (SOA) and integration design.
  • Proven experience as an Oracle SOA Developer, Oracle Integration Cloud Lead, or similar role.
• Technical Expertise
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud technologies, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle BPEL Process Manager, Oracle Service Bus, and Oracle WebLogic Server.
  • Proficiency in Oracle development tools, such as JDeveloper, Oracle Enterprise Manager, and Oracle Integration Cloud tools.
  • Experience in designing and implementing Oracle SOA composites, BPEL processes, and OSB services.
  • Familiarity with XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and other web service technologies.
  • Solid understanding of integration patterns, cloud architecture, and best practices.
• Additional Skills
  • In-depth understanding of Cloud platforms (OCI, AWS or Azure).
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Preferred Qualifications
  • Oracle SOA Suite certification or Oracle Cloud certification is a plus.
  • Experience working on solutions for the energy and utilities domain is preferred but not required.

Compensation

USD $154,523.20 - USD $165,000.00 per year. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.

Salary Range

USD $154,523.20 - USD $165,000.00 /Yr.
