Functional areas within CC&B that are most needed include all meter-to-cash functions including billing, cancel / rebill, credit and collections, and rates. Experience with field order management and integration to metering systems is also helpful. Strong analytical skills required. Should be able to understand end-to-end billing-related process flows within CC&B and to either solve directly or document and escalat[e] any issues that are discovered. Strong written and verbal communications skills required. This is an onsite role based in Los Angeles.
