Job summary

Exelon Corporation is seeking an IT Principal Systems Engineer to lead critical CC&B revenue management initiatives. You will drive architecture standards, mentor engineers, and deliver scalable, secure solutions for billing, payments, and regulatory compliance.

This hybrid role may be based at multiple corporate locations with in-office need of three days weekly; extended hours during storms or outages may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field with 8–10 years IT infrastructure experience.
• Demonstrated technical and business acumen within CC&B Revenue Management.
• Experience across IT platforms, integrations, and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to IT and business teams to identify technology solutions.
• Develop strategic IT plans and guide engineering teams.
• Create POCs and prototypes to inform decisions and adoption.
• Develop enterprise libraries to improve consistency and productivity.
• Maintain relationships with business and IT partners; report status.
• Monitor trends, assess technologies, and analyze potential business impact.
• Provide input on IT personnel performance and career development.
