• Experience mentoring engineers and driving best practices.
• Ability to communicate with leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to identify technology solutions and strategies.
• Support IT leadership in strategic information technology plans.
• Create POC's and prototypes for decision making.
• Develop enterprise libraries for consistency and efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with business and IT partners and report status.
• Stay aware of trends and opportunities in technical area and analyze impact.
• Provide input on performance of IT personnel.
