A global consulting firm is seeking an experienced professional to lead Oracle EPM Cloud implementations. This remote position requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong financial planning skills, and proficiency with data integration tools. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure optimal system performance while conducting user training and creating documentation.
* Must have Oracle EPM Cloud experience to be considered - high preference to candidates with an Oracle EPM certification *
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and/or Canada at the time of application without the need for sponsorship.
This role is 100% remote in the US and or Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and enhancement of Oracle EPM modules (Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, etc.)
Collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable EPM solutions
Design and build data models, forms, business rules, and reports within Oracle EPM
Manage integrations between EPM and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP)
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of EPM applications
Conduct user training and create documentation for system processes and configurations
Stay current with Oracle EPM updates and best practices to ensure optimal system performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion suite
Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation processes
Experience with Smart View, Data Management, and EPM Automate
Proficiency in scripting (Groovy, Calculation Manager) and data integration tools
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
Oracle EPM certification is a plus
