Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle BRM experience in architecture and development.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Experience with offshore teams and 24x7 support.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of the BRM system to meet business requirements and industry standards.
• Oversee the development team, providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Customize and configure BRM modules, including scripts and workflows tailored to business needs.
• Engage in strategic planning to align BRM initiatives with business objectives.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior developers to foster growth.
