Job summary

i360technologies, Inc. seeks an Application Architect / ERP Subject Matter Expert to support the Department of Labor’s NCFMS Oracle E-Business Suite financial system of record. The role focuses on architecture across instance topology, interfaces and customization baselines.

You will work with AFS and technical teams to ensure architectural continuity when the Senior SME is unavailable and guide design reviews, release impact analysis and modernization planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.2.9 and advanced proficiency in Oracle EBS architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in user interface architecture and assessment of application dependencies.
• Experience maintaining architecture documentation, instance topology and customization baselines.
• Ability to assess changes against the current patch baseline and communicate impacts to delivery teams.

At i360technologies, we deliver business consulting and technology solutions that support the mission of federal agencies. We are seekingan Application Architect / ERP Subject Matter Expert to support the Department of Labor’s New Core Financial Management System (NCFMS) as a subcontractor to AFS. NCFMS is DOL’s Oracle E-Business Suite financial system of record.

You will support the Key SME with application architecture and ERP expertise across instance topology, interface architecture and the customization baseline. Working with AFS and technical and functional teams, you will provide architectural continuity when the Key SME is unavailable.

What You Will Do

• Maintain architecture documentation for Oracle EBS R12.2.9, including instance topology and application dependencies.
• Support the Key SME with ERP expertise and provide architectural continuity during the Key SME’s absence.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Experience

• 13 or more years of relevant experience; knowledge of the Fusion Cloud ERP data model and Functional Setup Manager.
• Integration architecture experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Oracle E-Business Suite 12 Financial Management Certified Implementation Specialist or target Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Implementation Professional certification. No certification is required.

• Designs are traceable to approved requirements and address financial, integration and security impacts.
• Teams receive clear technical direction, and releases preserve reliable financial processing and reporting.
• Complex issues have documented root causes and sustainable solutions; architecture knowledge is shared.

Security & Eligibility Requirements

• Must be able to pass a federal background check and meet Public Trust suitability requirements.
• Complete required security forms, including SF-85P, and satisfy DOL access requirements as directed.
• U.S. citizenship required. Work must be performed within the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
