Apt is seeking an experienced Oracle APEX developer to design, build, and support enterprise-grade applications across Oracle APEX, SQL/PLSQL, and integration layers. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience required.
• Minimum 10+ years in IT/software development with 7+ years Oracle APEX experience.
• Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL development.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and integrating with Oracle Fusion/OM.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise-grade Oracle APEX applications.
• Build interactive reports, forms, dashboards, workflows, and custom business applications.
• Develop advanced APEX functionality using dynamic actions, interactive grids, plug-ins, APIs, and RESTful services.
• Develop and maintain SQL and PL/SQL, including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, views, and optimized queries.
• Integrate APEX with Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot application and database issues and perform SQL/PLSQL performance tuning.
• Manage APEX workspaces, deployments, upgrades, and environment promotions.
• Support development and integrations related to Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM).
• Translate OM requirements into APEX and integration solutions.
• Support sales order, orchestration, fulfillment, order status, holds, and exception processes.
• Troubleshoot issues across APEX, OIC, Fusion OM, and downstream systems.
• Support OM orchestration processes, enhancements, and modernization initiatives.
• Work with functional and technical teams to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Design, develop, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Build REST, SOAP, scheduled, file-based, and event-driven integrations.
• Work with REST, SOAP, FTP/SFTP, Database, and Kafka adapters.
• Develop integrations between APEX, Oracle Fusion/OM, and third-party systems.
• Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and retry strategies.
• Support OIC environment configuration, deployments, security certificates, and the transition from OIC Gen 2 to Gen 3.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of overall IT/software development experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on Oracle APEX development experience.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL development experience.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and web services.
• Experience integrating APEX with Oracle Fusion and/or other enterprise systems.
• 3+ years of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion applications.
• Proven ability to work as a hands-on senior developer across the application, database, integration, and Fusion layers.

Highly Preferred

• Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM) experience.
• Experience with Order-to-Cash, order orchestration, fulfillment, and exception management.
• Experience integrating APEX with Fusion OM.
• Experience troubleshooting Fusion OM orders and orchestration issues.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion REST/SOAP APIs.
• Oracle Redwood experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations.
