CF&I Steel, L.P. in Pueblo, CO is seeking an Oracle APEX Developer to design, enhance, and support systems that improve production and operational performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions across a steel manufacturing and recycling network. The role requires experience with Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, JavaScript and RESTful services; a Bachelor's degree in CS or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience designing, developing and deploying applications within an Oracle Developer Suite 11g environment.
• Experience with data modeling, PL/SQL, JavaScript and general web development is required.
• Experience with Oracle APEX, JSON/RESTful Web Services and Linux/UNIX scripting development.
• Experience with relational databases, Oracle 12c preferred.
• Manufacturing experience in steel industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and design software systems in support of production, quality and shipping activities.
• Troubleshooting, maintaining and enhancing MIS applications.
• Develop and deploy DSI mobile application to Barcode and RFID scanners, tablets and mobile computers.
• Provide training and support for custom applications to manufacturing personnel.
• Schedule and attend meetings with users to develop software requirements.

The Oracle APEX Developer will work closely with business and plant personnel to design, enhance, and support systems that improve production and operational performance.
