Job Title: Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud Service Specialist

Location: Buffalo, NY (25% Travel Required)

Duration: 2 Months

Preference for candidates open to travel two weeks per month for three-day periods to Buffalo, NY.

Job Description: Our team seeks an Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud Services (AHCS) Specialist responsible for demonstrating AHCS functionality to senior leaders, documenting features, and providing recommendations based on experience. The role requires strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle Accounting Hub or Financial Accounting Hub (on-premises). This is a remote position with bi-monthly travel to Buffalo, NY.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Demo Oracle AHCS functionality to senior Controllership leaders, document options, and recommend best practices based on previous implementations.
2. Configure and troubleshoot Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud or Financial Accounting Hub to meet business needs.
3. Conduct unit testing and support System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure system performance.
4. Communicate project status, risks, and solutions effectively with management and stakeholders.
5. Participate in project planning and execution, aligning with program goals and timelines.

Requirements:

• Strong functional and technical background in Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud or Financial Accounting Hub (on-premises).
• Experience in configuration, troubleshooting, unit testing, and SIT support.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying updates, risks, and solutions.
• Experience collaborating with Global Delivery Services (GDS) for accounting hub delivery.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment focused on collaboration and delivery excellence.
