Job summary

Russell County Hospital is seeking a Surgery Tech to join the OR team. You will provide safe, efficient care to patients in the operating room as part of the surgical team. The role is primarily day shift with on-call responsibilities after hours and on weekends.

Required education includes a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a Certified Technician program. Certification as a Certified Surgical Tech and Basic Life Support are required within orientation; First Aid and knowledge

Qualifications

Surgery Tech - Surgery Job Summary: Primarily a caregiver who, as part of the OR team, provides safe, efficient care to the patient in the operating room.

This position shifts will be mainly day, with on call for after hours and weekends.
