Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• The Surgical Technologist is part of the OR team and supports asepsis and infection control.
• Sets up sterile field and maintains according to department guidelines.
• Assists surgeon during procedures and handles instruments as directed.
• Delivers non-controlled medications to the OR per hospital procedures.
• Acts as a preceptor for new department staff and ensures patient safety.
