Trinity Health Michigan’s Chelsea Hospital in Chelsea, MI is seeking a qualified Surgical Technologist for the Operating Room. You will prepare instruments, maintain a sterile field, and pass instruments to surgeons during a variety of procedures, supporting gynecology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, and more.

Requirements include graduation from a certified surgical technologist program and certification within six months.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a certified surgical technologist program.
• Surgical Technologist Certification is required within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the principles and practices of surgical asepsis in the preparation of instruments, maintains a sterile field, and passes instruments to surgeons within the sterile field.
