Job summary

AdventHealth in Rome, GA is seeking an Inventory Clerk to manage supplies and case-cart preparation for surgical procedures. You will ensure accurate picking, staging, and timely deliveries to clinical areas, while maintaining organized inventory and documentation.

Ideal candidates will have basic math skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook. 1+ year experience preferred; high school grad required.

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly in English.
• Proficient use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manages inventory and replenishment, par cart inventories, order picking and delivery of supplies.
• Prepares and stages case carts for procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborates with clinicians and supply chain to support readiness and identify stock-out risks.
• Maintains accurate inventory records and completes system transactions.
