Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring an Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN) in Bradenton, FL. The role supports patients through preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care on day shifts. Multiple schedules available: full-time, part-time, and per diem, with benefits and tuition assistance as part of the employer programs.

The ideal candidate has ADN or higher nursing degree, an active RN license, 1+ year OR experience, and strong teamwork. ACLS/PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years of OR experience preferred.
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with aseptic and sterile techniques.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, physicians, patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery in accordance with AORN standards.
• Maintain an aseptic and safe environment in the Operating Room.
• Assist in the intra-operative care of the patient by performing nursing and technical duties as assigned.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and other physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and their families about the surgical procedure and postoperative care.
