Job summary

Incredible Health is seeking an Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN) in the Belle Glade, FL area. This role supports surgical teams across CVOR, Circulate, Neuro, and other specialties, with day, night, and mid shifts available.

Required are ADN or higher nursing degree and an active RN license; 1+ year OR experience preferred. ACLS/PALS preferred. Benefits include healthcare, 401K, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing required.
• Active RN license required or unencumbered.
• 1+ years operating room (OR) or surgical setting experience preferred.
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with aseptic and sterile techniques.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration with staff, physicians, patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery.
• Maintain aseptic and safe environment in the Operating Room.
• Assist in intra-operative nursing and technical duties.
• Monitor vital signs and physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and families about procedure and postoperative care.
