Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring an Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN) in Estero, FL. The RN will provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgery under AORN standards in a busy OR environment.

Requirements include ADN or higher nursing degree, active RN license, and 1+ year OR experience with ACLS/PALS preferred. We offer day, night, and mid shifts, with full-time or part-time options, plus benefits like medical, 401K, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license required.
• 1+ years operating room or surgical setting experience preferred.
• ACLS/PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with aseptic and sterile techniques.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with staff, physicians, patients, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery in accordance with AORN standards.
• Maintain an aseptic and safe environment in the Operating Room.
• Assist in intra-operative care and perform nursing/technical duties as assigned.
• Monitor vital signs and other physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and families about the procedure and postoperative care.
