Job summary

Freeman Health is seeking a dedicated OR Support Aide to join the surgical department full-time. You will help maintain a safe, clean environment and assist staff with patient handling, transfers, and stocking of supplies.

Responsibilities include transporting specimens, moving equipment, and supporting the operating room team under the guidance of the registered nurse. AHA BLS certification within 30 days is required.

Full-Time | 40 hours per week

6:30am - 3pm

8:30am - 5pm

No call, weekends, or holidays.

What You’ll Do

Provides a safe, clean environment for the patient and personnel of the surgical department by practicing housekeeping responsibilities for environmental sanitation. Serves as an assistant within the operating room to maintain stocking of supplies, transportation of specimens and blood products, and movement of equipment in and out of the operating room suite.
