Job summary

Regions Hospital in Minnesota, part of HealthPartners, seeks a Supply Chain Services Specialist-Center Core to support the OR supply chain. You will collaborate with surgical services leaders, ensure timely availability of instruments and supplies, and coordinate stock flow within the OR.

The role involves placing orders via Oracle, resolving purchasing and inventory issues, and assembling OR case carts. Day shift, full-time with a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• One year of work experience in supply/inventory distribution.
• Must read, write and follow directions in English.
• Must be able to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Surgical Services leaders and staff to assess supply needs.
• Place orders via Oracle with vendors.
• Troubleshoot purchasing and inventory issues.
• Fill and distribute order requests, supplies and equipment in the OR.
• Assemble and maintain OR surgical care carts with necessary instruments.
