Job summary

Piedmont Fayette Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse for the Operating Room. This full-time, days shift requires a 6:45 am - 7:15 pm schedule with call responsibilities. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for experienced candidates.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from a nursing program.
• Previous experience in the operating room or critical care setting.
• Current License in the state of Georgia as a registered nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
• BLS Certification is required. Must obtain certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• ACLS Certification is required. Must obtain certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• The staff nurse provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care for patients.
