Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an Operating Room Scheduling Coordinator 2 to manage the master OR schedule and ensure smooth anesthesiology coverage. You will schedule surgical patients, relay information to Surgical Services, and adjust the schedule as needed, while maintaining security for scheduling systems.

Responsibilities include coordinating with physicians, departments, and staff, printing and distributing daily blocks, and ensuring accurate CPT codes and descriptions for

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in a related role.

Responsabilités

• Provide scheduling support to ensure department efficiency.
• Coordinate changes, postponements, and cancellations with physicians and Surgical Services.
• Monitor surgeon lineup for next day surgeries and revise as needed.
• Coordinate procedures with other departments and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assemble and distribute the master operating room schedule.
• Maintain anesthesia tickets and operating room records.
