Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, FL, seeks a Registered Nurse Operating Room Team Leader for the Robotics Service Line. The role leads specialty surgical teams, ensures safe perioperative care, and collaborates with anesthesia, nursing, and support staff to optimize outcomes.

Responsibilities include preparing the OR, monitoring patients, managing blood products, and upholding safety and documentation standards throughout perioperative care.

Qualifications

• Current Licensure in the State of Florida; BLS required; CNOR preferred.
• BSN degree preferred; RN licensure required.
• Minimum 2 years as Team Leader in area of specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares OR suite and greets patient; initiates hemodynamic monitoring and documents status.
• Assists anesthesia with intake/output and blood product checks; documents administration.
• Maintains safety, radiation exposure precautions, and post-op care with; manages perioperative processes.
• Demonstrates leadership, resolves conflicts, and ensures accurate transfer of patient care and documentation.
