Job summary

BAYLOR SCOTT & WHITE MEDICAL CENTER, MARBLE FALLS, TX is hiring an Operating Room Registered Nurse. The RN coordinates patient care using the nursing process, develops individualized plans, and ensures safe passage through the surgical experience.

The role requires scrub experience, Texas RN licensure, and a 10K bonus. This is a full-time day shift in the OR with relocation assistance based on distance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of nursing experience expected; RN licensure in Texas.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients using the nursing process and develop individualized care plans.
• Coordinate and delegate nursing interventions according to patient condition and Act provisions.
• Promote safe patient transitions and prevent complications during care.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and evidence-based practice.
