Job summary

Cynet Health in Sterling, VA seeks an experienced OR RN for a 13-week assignment in the Operating Room. You will scrub and assist in a busy unit with 7 ORs, supporting orthopedic, spine, urology, and robotic cases.

Candidates should have a valid RN license, at least 2 years OR experience, and be comfortable with DaVinci robotic systems. Shifts are 10 hours, with weekend on-call and rotating nights as described.

Qualifications

• Active RN license valid to work in Virginia.
• Minimum 2 years of operating room experience.
• Experience with OR equipment and EMR systems.
• Prefer experience with robotic systems, specifically DaVinci.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and assist in a busy OR unit with 7 operating rooms.
• Support orthopedic, spine, urology, and other cases as needed.
• Maintain patient safety, sterile technique and assist with procedures.
• Adapt to 4 ten-hour shifts or 5 eight-hour shifts with on-call requirements.
