Job summary

Piedmont Augusta Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse to join our nursing team. You will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across the lifespan, applying standardized nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate outcomes.

You will coordinate care with other staff to maintain high standards of practice and patient safety. Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active Georgia RN license, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• Current Georgia RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care for patients.
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff to ensure quality nursing care.
