Job summary

Piedmont Augusta is seeking a Staff Nurse to deliver comprehensive nursing care across the patient lifecycle, following the nursing process and organizational policies. Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited nursing program is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred for this role.
• Current Georgia RN license or multi-state licensure is required and must be in good standing.
• BCLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
• Advanced certification in the relevant nursing specialty may be required by addendum.

Responsibilities

• The staff nurse provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• The nurse demonstrates professional growth, accountability, and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
• Coordinates patient care activities of all assigned staff to ensure high-quality nursing care.
