Qualifications

• RN licensed in the state of practice.
• BSN preferred; transition plans for degree requirements.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS/PALS may be unit dependent.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in an acute care setting.
• Deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing.
• Coordinate care plans and patient transitions across units.
• Maintain up-to-date competency and participate in learning activities.
• Demonstrate leadership and teamwork within the inter-professional care team.
