Job summary

Allina Health in Minnesota seeks an experienced perioperative nurse to join a fast-paced surgical services team spanning Cardiac, Vascular, Urology, Gynecology and more. You will circulate and scrub across diverse cases, collaborating with surgeons and staff to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.

The role requires RN licensure in MN (or WI upon hire), completion of Periop 101, and current ACLS/BLS/ALS or in-house training options.

Qualifications

• RN license required (MN/WI as applicable)
• Successful completion or in progress of Periop 101
• ACLS/ALS or BLS certification requirements as applicable (in-house options may apply)

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs and establishment of a care plan.
• Maintain education and competencies to deliver high quality patient care.
• Apply evidence-based nursing practice considering current statutes and regulations.
• Coordinate, collaborate and delegate to ensure safe, effective OR care.
• Fulfill organizational requirements and support unit operations.
