Job summary

Allina Health in Minnesota seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide anesthesia care across procedures. You will perform pre-anesthesia assessments, manage airway, and tailor anesthesia plans with a focus on patient safety and comfort.

The role includes supervising peri-anesthetic care, collaborating with the care team, and supporting recovery and discharge planning. A Bachelor's and a Nurse Anesthetist Master’s, MN RN and CRNA licenses are required, along with ACLS/BLS and PALS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Master's degree from a Nurse Anesthetist program.

Responsibilities

• Provides anesthesia care and manages airway and physiologic status during procedures.
• Performs pre-anesthesia assessment and consent processes.
• Initiates and monitors various anesthesia techniques (general, regional, local or sedation).
• Provides peri-anesthetic and clinical support to other patient care areas.
• Collaborates with the department team and mentors others as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
