Job summary

TalentBurst is recruiting an Operating Room Registered Nurse for a 13‑week onsite contract in Santa Fe, NM. The role supports perioperative patient care with a 10‑hour day shift over four days per week, starting ASAP or 9/28/2026.

Candidates must hold a NM RN license or compact license, BLS and ACLS, EPIC EMR experience, and be able to cover 1–2 weekend call shifts with on‑call nights. Scrubs provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current NM RN license or compact license.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and record initial patient assessments.
• Reassess patients and adjust care plans as needed.
• Develop an individualized nursing plan of care.
• Make nursing decisions based on patient outcomes and evaluations.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
