Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or ADN; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active RN license; 0–2 years experience preferred.
• Experience in OR, especially ortho/neuro/spine, is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care per nursing standards.
• Develop and document individualized care plans with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and meds administration.
• Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance through professional development and safety initiatives.
• Use nursing skills to address physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs for patient-centered care.
