Comprehensive Outpatient Joint and Spine Institute in Florida seeks an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to participate in care during operative or other invasive procedures.

This role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, a current Florida RN license, and CPR, ACLS and PALS. Two years of OR experience is preferred. The OR RN will work with patients, families, physicians and staff to ensure safe, efficient care.

Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)

The OR Registered Nurse is responsible for the nursing activities related to care of the patient experiencing an operative or other invasive procedure.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Minimum two years previous OR experience
• Current Florida license as a Registered Nurse
• Current in CPR, ACLS and PALS
• Possess the ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
• Possess the ability to deal tactfully with patients, families, physicians, and employees.
• Knowledgeable of policies and procedures specific to operating room nurse.
