Baptist Health seeks an OR RN to supervise nursing staff on shift to ensure quality patient care and continuity within the operating room. The RN will use the nursing process for assessments, planning, and interventions, and collaborate with physicians and clinicians in care planning.
Requirements include a nursing degree with RN licensure, BLS, and depending on area, ACLS/PALS/NRP. This is a regular full-time, on-site role at Baptist Medical Center South.

The Registered Nurse shall be responsible for the general supervision and coordination of activities of nursing personnel on shift, and during weekends and holidays, in order to ensure quality and continuity of patient care This individual will utilize the nursing process in patient assessments, planning of care, and performance of care interventions. The RN will collaborate with Physicians and other healthcare clinicians in the planning and implementation of patient care. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.
Degree in Nursing required, BSN degree preferred.
Active RN licensure required, BLS required, Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, etc) may be required depending upon area assigned
