Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Operating Room Nurse (RN) to scrub and/or circulate for operative procedures in Chicago, IL. Travel assignment with 40-hour weeks and a competitive pay package.

You will work under the Nurse Manager and in collaboration with OR teams; requires active RN license in the state, BLS, and OR experience. Benefits include health/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k), and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• Current BLS card.
• Current Health Certificate (if applicable)
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and/or circulate for operative procedures.

• Report to the Nurse Manager and be supervised by the OR RN assigned.

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Operating Room Nurse responsible for scrubbing and/or circulating duties for operative procedures; department admissions to the operative suite. He/She is responsible to the Nurse Manager and is directly supervised by the RN in the operating rooms to which he/she is assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state in which he/she practices
• Documentation and confirmation of one year of operating room clinical experience in an acute care hospital within the last three years preferred
• Current BLS card.
• Current Health Certificate (if applicable)
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
