Job summary

Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to circulate in the main operating room. This full-time, 40-hour/week day-shift role requires perioperative OR experience, an active RN license, and BLS certification.

You will coordinate patient care, apply evidence-based practice, and support a safe, patient-centered OR environment within Advocate Health’s Magnet teaching hospital network.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong time-management and teamwork in a fast-paced OR.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead evidence-based practice and promote a safe patient environment in the OR.
