Job summary

Winchester Hospital in the northwest suburban Boston area is seeking an OR Registered Nurse for a 30-hour rotating schedule. You will perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress to influence outcomes.

Collaborate with physicians and the care team to plan care, and educate patients and families to achieve optimal recovery. MA RN license is required; BSN strongly encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
• Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes
