Job summary

This 40-hour/week position includes a rotating schedule and responsibilities such as completing assessments, administering medications, observing progress, and collaborating with physicians to tailor care plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required.
• BSN strongly encouraged.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
• Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes
