New to the specialty, OR cohorts start 10/19/2026; experienced RNs with 1 year of RN experience work 11am–9pm with call. A sign-on bonus applies with a two-year commitment to Mission Health.

Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching patients and family. Implements medically prescribed interventions.
